I’m a proud mother, and aspiring fitness model. I began my journey as I was pregnant with my son. Determination drove me to become healthy, fit, as well as an inspiration to mothers and women. I realized how happy I became when I made the decision to change the way I eat. That alone took my fitness journey to the next level. I was able to get through a complication free pregnancy and give birth to a healthy baby. When I was given clearance to get back into the gym, I have been non stop since then. I set a fitness goal and every time I reach it I set bigger, and more bad ass goal to strive for. I have since become a fitness coach and have helped women regain there confidence, reach there goals, and become healthier than they ever imagined. If you want to become a fitter more healthier you give me a shot at being your functional training coach, because Bad Ass Fitness Mom is not a job title.
